Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By creating an account and playing Formuoli, you're agreeing to the following. It's a short list, in plain language, because this is a small free game, not a contract you need a lawyer to read.

The game

Formuoli generates fictional drivers, teams, and tracks and simulates races on a timer. Everything you see — names, stats, results, news — is procedurally generated and not based on real people, teams, or events.

Tokens

Tokens are a virtual, in-game currency with no real-world value. They can't be purchased with real money, exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for anything outside the game. Your token balance can go to zero and that's fine — that's how the game works.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to get around game limits or bans.
  • Give us accurate info when you register — particularly a real email address, since it's how we reach you for verification and password resets.

Acceptable use

Play fair. Don't:

  • Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — report them instead, we'd genuinely appreciate it.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the game or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to play on your behalf.

Breaking these can get your account suspended or banned, at our discretion.

No warranty

Formuoli is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever. Things may occasionally break — this is a small project, not a polished commercial product with an on-call team.

Changes

We may update these terms, the game's features, or shut the game down entirely, at any time. If these terms change in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Formuoli is an independent hobby project. These terms are written to set clear, reasonable expectations for a small free game, not to read like a document drafted by a law firm.
